Chronic debilitating medical condition (i.e. static encephalopathy with frequent aspiration pneumonia, short gut syndrome)
Immune suppression (i.e. malignancy, Human Immunodeficiency Virus infection, congenital immune deficiency, sickle cell disease, asplenia, immune suppressive medications, chemotherapy)
