Signs and Symptons

Abdominal/Gastrointestinal

• Hypoactive bowel sounds, tenderness on palpation, general abdominal pain
• Diarrhea, nausea and vomiting

Urinary Tract

Pain, burning, frequency, cloudy and dark urine, and hematuria

Skin

Pain, rashes, wounds, drainage, swelling, cyanosis, pallor, jaundice, and cellulitis
- Monitor exit sites of all indwelling catheters
